Overall, Ghorn has predictable moves and is not a terribly difficult boss. However, at about 50% health he will summon other enemies and set himself on fire. This is when he becomes very dangerous, as any hit from him will do a ton of fire/inferno damage and will likely kill you unless you're overpowered. I would recommend not to use Reaper mode for just this reason - when it deactivates you are a sitting duck for a moment.
