In one of the first patches of DayZ Mod you spawned on the beach with a Makarov pistol, a few magazines, a package of pain killers and two military bandages.

I decided to do some playthroughs in Escape from Tarkov using a similar starting loadout and also recreating the cosmetic look of the original Arma 2 PMC.
