My review of the incredible Dead Space (2008) 15 years after release. A staple of my childhood and a modern classic, revisiting this horror shooter after so much time I was worried the gameplay might suffer on an older title. Will this video game hold up to the high pedestal my nostalgia has put it on? Trapped in space and looking for escape can Isaac Clarke make it through our playthrough of being stranded on the USG Ishimura? With the new Dead Space Remake giving a good name to video game remakes what other classics will we see get re-created properly? I hope you enjoy my dive into EA Redwood Shores (later Visceral Games) first try at creating an original IP.
