About the building:
Del Perro Plaza (nearer the beach) is a building home to fine dining restaurants. It is located at the corner of Bay City Avenue and Red Desert Avenue in Del Perro, Los Santos. The building includes Haute and Les Bianco restaurants as its tenants.
It is based on Portofino Plaza, a mixed-use commercial and retail property in Santa Monica, California.
The building is not accessible and plays no role in the storyline.
There is another Del Perro Plaza a few blocks northeast and farther from the beach, but that other building is a shopping mall and appears to be lower-end.
