So I found out that in "Chosen" aka the final mission of the OG campaign, you can fly around to the right side of the building that the Vanguard is standing on and it won't trigger the cutscene of Zavala killing a cabal and some other stuff. So you can see all of their animations that you could only see for a second otherwise.
