In terms of call abilities I think it's better to use Lenna + Seymour (make sure to use Lenna base call when boss FR meter is above 90%, to protect you from Paralysis)
Another approach is to have Cid Raines + Raijin LDCA. Use Raijin LDCA when boss FR meter is above 90% and then use Raines LDCA before going burst mode with Terra. This I think is the better approach.
I went instead with Lenna + Raijin, which is maybe a tad too much on the defensive side.
You can replace Leo LDCA with Cait Sith.
0:00 Setup phase
This phase lasts until your FR gauge is 100%.
Reset until boss goes first.
Make sure to manage the turn order so that each party member only acts once before the boss gets their next turn or you'll break the zero turn streak.
Try to break bosses out of turn, take note of which attacks are single target and which are group attacks.
With Terra, be careful of her skills since they have high turn rate.
When boss FR gauge is above 80% use Kain BT+
When boss FR gauge is above 90% use either Lenna base call or Raijin LDCA. Otherwise Group Gaze can end your run.
7:40 Boss Force Time
Boss will use Group Gaze but you'll be protected by Lenna base call or Raijin LDCA.
When boss Force time is at 1 or 2 turn remaining use Terra BT+
9:47 Summon Mode
I made the mistake or going one more round of Counterattack orders.
Ideally right after boss goes out of Force time, have Leila use her Seymour LDCA (if that's what you've set), swap her for Cissnei, use AA and pop summon
Inside summon mode, Cissnei uses LD, Kain uses Leo LDCA, FR, and Jump. Terra uses Raines LDCA and then LD (or otherwise LD and Meltdown, if you didn't set Raines LDCA)
13:27 Terra BT mode
Right after Summon, pop Terra BT mode. Go Meltdowns, then EX, then LD to end her turn.
15:42 Finishing Up
The rest of the fight is just LD meltdown with Terra.
