You can buy time by either delaying the gators with a call ability, or giving Sherlotta a Gladio LDCA which makes her invulnerable for 3T
4:13 Right Gate, Garnet and Ashe Duo
Not too difficult. Nail the bosses with paralysis from Ashe, melt them with Garnet's BT+ and BT mode.

Ashe has 4/5 UW and a Faris LDCA
Lotta has 5/5 UW and Raines LDCA
Garnet has 5/5 UW and a WoL LDCA
You can potentially swap Faris and WoL for a combination of Caius and Amidetalion LDCA but the WoL LDCA acts as a good safety net for the early parts of the fight
I reset until Ashe goes first. Use Faris LDCA and S2 and you'll inflict 7 debuffs on the boss. While you're doing this the boss will warp turn twice but first two attacks are BRV attacks only.
Have Garnet use WoL LDCA right before boss get his third turn
Refresh Faris base call debuffs when the debuffs are at 1- count remaining
13:55 Sherlotta first FR
Use about half of Sherlotta S1 and her EX to build FR gauge to 100% early on and use one of her FR here. This helps you burn through phase 1 before your Faris debuffs expire.
Do Sherlotta BT+ and then Summon when boss is near 60%
19:17 Summon Mode
Manage the sweepers because they will do double machine gun after summon mode.
Take this opportunity to quickly rebuild your FR to 100% while the boss FR is paused.
21:11 Lotta Second FR and BT Mode
After summon mode heal up from any double machine gun by Garnet LD (or just HP Regen the damage, it isn't much), use Lotta FR, then use Ashe Queen's Order to bring Lotta back to go into BT mode
Use Raines LDCA before BT mode.
