18The Hell on Earth level from Doom Eternal played on Ultra Nightmare with all collectibles, encounters and challenges.
The first level is obviously the easiest one but you still have to pay attention to the game. I haven't died here in any of my attempts but a couple of runs were close because I was getting reckless with trying to speedkill the Arachnotrons. The game gets the most interesting at the Super Gore Nest/05 because that's where you unlock most of your abilities and you can do some cool shit. The early game is still really good tho.
The first level doesn't have any bonus encounters or challenges, only some hidden collectibles.
The next one will introduce bonus encounters in the form of Secret Encounters and Slayer Gates.
And the one after that will introduce challenges, which are mostly free Preator Suit Points.
