This challenge, from a blind glance, seemed like it'd be a daunting, nearly impossible feat to achieve. But with a little bit of strategy, and being able to dodge and weave effectively, getting the 100 kill quota was not at all that difficult. The first thing I did was mow down the Zombies, running straight towards the Green Armor in the side room, and then getting passed the Zombie corridor in order to establish a foothold in the larger Imp room further on. Backtracking to the Zombie corridor and the Green Armor room does help, especially in racking up easy kills from the Zombies, and gathering what little Stimpacks you can find. Then it's honestly just a survival game, much like the Zombie Modes of Call of Duty: Black Ops series. You go until you die.
