Instructions

1. Press and hold down power and volume down

2. Use volume up to select "Recovery Mode" and use volume down to confirm.

3. If you see the "No Command" Screen, Press volume up while pressing and holding down volume down and power to get to the recovery mode menu.

4. Use volume down to select "Wipe data / Factory Reset" and use the power button to confirm.

5. Use volume down to select "Yes" and use the power button to select it.

6. Hard Reset is complete! Use volume up to select "Reboot system now" to restart.
