The Gazer gives you 72,000 exp and Death gives you 420,000 exp at base level for a total of 492,000 exp (not counting the scraps you collect getting to the two bosses). When playing on hard this doubles to 984,000. This number can be doubled again by using the affect Weal for 1,968,000 exp. Then, by opening up all three pawn slots you gain an additional 75% increase for a total of 3,444,000 exp per 15-20 minute run depending on RNG.

Each run you will use:
Blast Arrows x5-20 (depending on RNG)
Bless Flower x1 (Which will respawn in your storage)
Conquerer's Periphat x4 (or less if you choose)
Barbed Nails x2

Each run you should also take some healing items, stamina items, and wakestones just in case.
