Dreamcast VGA: Behar Bros Kuro vs eJiasu cable
Video showing Dreamcast output of The King of Fighters 2000, first through the Behar Bros Kuro DC VGA Box, then (starting 0:16) through the eJiasu DC VGA cable.
To my eyes, the Kuro has more intense green, blue, and yellow, and overall slightly better contrast than the eJiasu, which has brighter red.
Still, the eJiasu gives a very comparable picture, especially when you consider it is about a quarter of the cost of the Kuro--even less if you don't already have the additional male-to-male RCA and VGA cables you'll need in order to connect the Kuro to a display. The eJiasu, being one three-headed cable, also takes up less space than the Kuro.
Recording: Dreamcast to - a) Kuro VGA Box and b) eJiasu VGA cable - to OSSC to Framemeister to Elgato HD60
