In Earthbound for the Super Nintendo, in order to get Jeff's best weapon, you have to fight the Uncontrollable Sphere enemies in Lumine Hall until one is dropped. You have a 1/128 chance of the Broken Antenna dropping, but if it does, when Jeff has enough IQ he will repair it into the Gaia Beam!

Honestly Jeff's Heavy Bazooka is better than the Gaia Beam and you can find it in the Fourside Sewers in a trash can, NOT in Scaraba like I said at the end of the video. So unless you want to get it for the sake of getting it, just skip this weapon and save yourself a lot of hassle.
