This series looks at popular and powerful endgame unique items.

In e16, one of the most infamous items in the game. Arguably the most powerful item in Path of Exile, Headhunter is extremely rare, but provides an incredible power boost that will amp up your character's damage output, movespeed, clearspeed and even (sometimes) character size.

This is longer than usual for the series partly because HH has so many acquisition options, because it needs to be played around with to see why it's so good and also because the item is more complex than most. There are still methods of acquiring it that I don't mention in this video such as the Undaunted divination card or the Incursion sacrifice room.

Headhunter is not an item a casual player can expect to own, even in a trade league. In SSF, attempting to farm one will take (literally) thousands of maps.

Headhunter becomes more powerful the more densely you can pack rare monsters into a map.

This video doesn't mention the Replica Headhunter available (rarely) in Heist content. Replica HH is a legitimately good item but it is far, far, FAR weaker than the real thing.

The Patient (drops in Armory)
The Fiend (drops in Shrine)
The Demon (drops from map boss Kitava in Lava Lake)
