It didn't have a config to change the AI, so I assumed it used Mugen's default AI, which has been on Hard 8 since the Kung Fu Girl video, and even then, Q's pattern is inconsistent. There was one time he Daigo parried the Final Spark, and then, there's the Adler match where he just let's me neutral jump him on wake-up.

In conclusion, just letting him increase his defense just makes the match take longer to finish.
