alright, so our current dragoon fit has a metanamed sensor booster, and i wanted to see what the actual targeting range would be if the FOB damps it.
base is 48.75km
boosted is 75.56km
damped is 34km
btw, i'm not happy using targeting implant for this particular role so that's n/a

so the dragoon's main role against a FOB is drone bunny against omens/augorors. the omens typically orbit around the 35km mark.

so, this means that we need to get a better sensor booster just to make sure we can paint under damp pressure (it'll happen, fob likes to randomly target everything, and can use the damp even when cap is drained)
