Exploring the Endless Arcade of CORE - A Free-to-Play Collection of Multiplayer Games (via Twitch)
13Today I'm showcasing a new game of games I stumbled across on the Epic Games Store. CORE is a collection of player-made arcade games that everyone can play online for free. It's recently released in "Early Access" form. There's a cool hub world filled with portals that you can take to get into the "world" of each arcade game. And you can customize your avatar character with gear purchased using gold you get for participating in the various games and unlocking achievements.

I really like the idea behind CORE. It's one that's been attempted before by other games (Dreams comes to mind), and I believe it's the first one that's been available on PC, but I could be mistaken because I typically don't keep track of console games.

I really liked my time with CORE, and I think there will be a few more videos from some of the games found in CORE, since there's a lot of potential just sitting here. None of these games are very polished, but if you look at it like an endless array of "Early Access" games, for free, it's a pretty cool concept.
