This series covers the construction of my settlement at Vault 88. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects.

In this part I create a series of service and utility corridors linking to the 1st floor of the Atrium and the ground floor utility areas. I also create two sets of rooms in the East and West utility corridors, one will be used as a Hydroponics lab and the other will be a storeroom with a small admin office.

I plan to tweak the lighting in these rooms once they are decorated, and just setup basic lights for now.
