Raiden is the enemy you fight against after you have defeated Hwa Jai. All the enemy/boss characters in this game are unplayable.

A typical giant wrestler design with a mask, he is based on real-life pro-wrestler Big Van Vader. Gameplay-wise he is flawed in some areas, but very playable overall.

---- When controlled by a player, he is only usable for the duration of the round. The game will lock and reset if it tries to progress onto the next round.
---- If he is selected in the character select screen, the game will lock up and reset before the fight loads.
---- His versus screen portrait is Joe Higashi's 'lose' picture.
---- As you can see in the video, he appears with a flawed colour palette.
---- He cannot block.
---- When he is in the background or foreground planes (with his opponent on the other plane) there are some wrong sprites here and there.
