Yeah, nothing much to note here - these guys are almost exactly fought here just as they are in the original. Poison them, the kill them. Only exception is that if they're hit with magic, they will not only sometimes counter with Holy, but also with Death, so whoever you have that's going to be casting spells should wear a Reflect Ring. Exodus Token + Holy Amulet would work too, but that's far from necessary.
