Finally! A Good Charizard! - Charizard ex With Pidgeot ex - Standard - PTCG Live -
This deck list was taken from Azul GG so the credit goes to him.
This is one of the 3 big decks for Standard (other 2 being Gardevoir and Lost Zone Giratina). This deck is more straightforward than the other 2 decks. I personally like the Pidgeot Version better than the Bibarel version but I don't have much experience with the Bibarel version either. Also, you may want to switch the Charmeleon with the newer one with the ability. I forgot to update that card lol. I would recommend playing this deck!
For me, the game plan is to set up my hand to where if I evolve into Pidgeot, I should be able to evolve into Charizard at the same time. Then after that, the player should be calculating the math for what is most optimal. This deck is fairly straightforward. In the 2nd game, it showcases that the 30 damage from Charmander can be real helpful against the Roaring Moon ex deck!
