I downloaded the newest version of a broadcasting program and things seem to finally be working to some extent. I'm going to conduct a few more tests throughout the weekend to try to get the quality up higher to a point where its a bit more pleasing visibly. I have the camera and mic delay working perfect with the capture cards delay, so we should be set for success on that end once I start communicating with the chat LIVE.
