I have this kind of philosophy that I can’t do anything about what happened yesterday, or what is going to happen tomorrow. Its alla about the same thing, about now, how are things now, you look okay I look okay, you folks are all right. Why bitch about anything? You are not hungry , you are not cold , you are not wet, neither am I, we got plenty of food , we are not sick, so right now everything is fine and if you continue to live in the now then things will be okay after a while.
We all go through period where we feel like we have to follow our guts, and do what we feel right at the time, when everybody else might think is dumb. I dont do what I dont wanna do, but if I wanna do it get out of the way because I’m gonna do it. And I suggest anyone have an attitude similar to that. You gotta want it and when you get it you gotta still want it.
Do you smoke everyday? I dont think I miss a day in years. Really?? So it’s a habit..At least it’s a good habit for me, I dont raccomend it to anybody ,you know, but for me it seems to help me. I feel better, I feel more relaxed and I think stress is the biggest killer we got, so if you can relax you will be healthier
Well I thing worry will make me sick, I have never seen it accomplish anything, I never seen worring about anything changed it. So I decided not to do it. If you can’t do anything about it why the hell worry about it? Every negative thoughts you have releases poison into your system, so if you are thinking negative about anything, erase that.
