The funeral of a soldier killed in Afghanistan has taken place. Lieutenant David Boyce was killed by an explosion in Helmand Province last month. The 25-year-old, from 1st The Queen's Dragoons Guards, died alongside Lance Corporal Richard Scanlon, who was 31. The officer's funeral took place at Bath Abbey. The service was led by Padre Andrew Totten, followed by a private cremation at Haycombe Cemetery.
