89Here are some tips a film, TV or digital media producer or content creator should know when starting a production company. Marcia Douglas from the Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA) provides a high level overview on why producers should incorporate, who else to involve when deciding how to structure your business, and other things producers and content creators should consider when first starting out in the entertainment business, like branding, insurance, networking and how to identify opportunities.
