I love CTR, but unfortunately they've made a lot of poor choices regarding the replayability of the game. The challenges that keep you in the reward system are mostly boring and force you to play AI battles over and over to achieve, and the addition of microtransactions have pushed the price of everything to extreme amounts, making it nearly impossible to get what you want without paying or playing a massive amount of online games. In any case, the platinum was fun :)
