Most text is available in Russian. Within fights, text is very sparse, appearing only when special conditions happen. Customizing characters and choosing items yields more text in short phrases. Narrative moments in the campaign modes display in full sentences, which are narrated in the main campaign. Reading about the lore in the library provides the most verbose text. Soulcalibur VI is good for beginners in learning to read Russian, providing a wide variety of challenge.
I don't think any of the characters speak Russian, so there's no Russian speech.
