Another Sandalphon can be consider as broken character in my opinion due his 1st skill which can change foes non-water elemental to water and make foes deal water damage to you. That's mean you will get every effect from elemental advantage and that also include benefit from Amplify effect such as Seraphic and Hanged Man too.

Why that's broken? cuz agaisnt non elemental foes it's mean you will deal more than other element cuz of Amplify effect from Seraphic and Hanged Man why other element aren't. Or against elemental foe like PBahaHL, your damage can even match with element that superior to foe's original element as long as that foes doesn't have off-element resistance such as GW bosses.

Elemental Fiction debuff isn't guarantee to inflict, it's just has 200% debuff success rate, if you use this against foes that have off-element resistance, Elemental Fiction's success rate will got penalty from that resistance too. Also even if it's success to inflict, foes will retains any elemental and debuff resistances so you damage will still get penalty from that.

2nd skill that steal tetra-elements is able to steal the same element again regardless of existing effects so I think you don't should to much expect to getting all tetra-elements for make his buff can't be dispelled, just think it's just more damage from echo even it's not earth echo and this also useful in Battle 2.0 against Omen that can be canceled by reaching certain numbers of hit

3rd skill also useful against boss that have a lot of buss on self like Raid Boss Bub's at 50% and this skill can even dispel all Faa-san's Evangelist Blade Lvl at once too

He guarantee to do DA and Critical along with 20% damage cap up make him become solid damage dealer, he also has 250%DEF Up but trade off with his Hp can't be recovered by skill, summon or potion and he will take 1000 at every end of turn. However turn-based damage will be converted to Hp recovery instead and this is only method that can used to heal him, and because of this he can be hardly to maintain his HP if he take plain damage
