While this second form is mostly harmless, it's FAST.

Mist Hide? Yeah... pushed X a little too soon. Oops. But check out what happens when only one person in the entire battle is able to gain IP. Instant turns. That means one person can keep getting turns as long as he uses a no-ping skill. Fun stuff.

In the end, I resort to crit spam. It results in cancels and delays, but no actual IP resets.
