Gregtech New Horizons - 02 - Tools & Steam! Modded Minecraft
0This episode in GTNH, we prepare to progress through the beginning of the quest book with the goal to produce some Steam. Before we can start making our first set of machines, we invest in the Tinkers Construct Smeltery in order to upgrade our tools. We also need some way to fuel the Smeltery, so we go searching for Lava. We also further enhance the pickaxe with haste using the Redstone we found near our base. Also, the base receives a small upgrade and we pickup some nice utility items; including some backpacks. Finally, after gathering some more materials we craft up the Water Tanks and feed those into a Coal Boiler to power our first machine; the Alloy Smelter.
