Try to Suplex (Y/Triangle) and throw as many enemies as possible and finish them when they are close together. Also make sure to get the plants quickly with the Frog Slam (down and B/O) since they can get very annoying. If there are too many enemies on the bridge at once, the bridge will collapse and the challenge is over. Make sure to finish enemies as soon as possible.
