On 11th May 2020 around 12:00 a server issue caused all players to disconnect. After reconnecting the players found out that the server was rolled back few days and all the progression, items, gold, gems, all was LOST.

The disappointment, rage and frustration was imminent and a lot of players started to write in-game chat, twitter, forums and etc.

What happened is that a called out "Cry event" occured in Lion's Arch and soon after a "Jump event" or later called "Suicide event" occured where players showed their frustration of the things they have lost by jumping off a high ground and kill their character, several times.

The community really hopes that everything will be set back to normal and players will regain their lost progress, items, gold, gems and etc.
