I kid you not... This is an actual mod that was released on Moddb an few years ago in the Addons area, And no it's not as pointless or bad as mods from BadHalfLifeMaps but it's so basic that I doubt many would find enjoyment from it.
You battle an Giant Headcrab with lots of ammo but you have to ensure no ammo is wasted as it takes everything you got to eliminate it, The Heacrab moves at an normal speed and it can KILL you in an single leap attack as it was Overpowered to an mad new level.
This one felt like an Doom Jokewad style mod for Half-Life, It has the punchline though it in the end is not as great as it could have been, Mainly Headcrab Boss is an case study in what can be done to make Half-Life overly hard.
