my gmod is broken!!! can you pls help me!!! how to fix it???

so when i try to launch gmod. i have to idea that the appearance was popped up. it says...

steam Error: No SteamUser.

Make sure that steam is up to date.
Make sure that steam is running
Try restarting your PC.
try deleting CilentRegistry.blob & restarting steam
try garry's mod, Delete Local Content

some of you reason why you cannot find my steam account... well it's because i don't have steam and i don't hack how to download... because lots of people upload how to download garry's mod for free no steam. well i've download for free on uturrent so it won't work playing... can you find this how to fix the garry's mod??? no launcher or something i do have steam.dll just work i with it. try to do something and help me how to fix it!
