221Tortoise with HESH is quite juicy. 515 average damage with 120 pen means the damage output is still dangerous, while the crit output can be as well.
I'm not proud of spamming HESH at heavies a ton like this, but I'm proud of finding a way to do it that other people also used to complete it. Feel free to use this strategy if you're stuck on it; I hope it helps you too. I've been told a lot that this isn't a good strategy, but the only other alternative I've seen people say is "own the senlac and know how to play" which isn't informative, nor helpful at all.
