Here's how to add multi-window (like on Note 2. Note 3) on any rooted Android smartphone or tablet device using Xposed module XMulti-Window app.

This will allow you to multi-task your favorite 2 apps. E.g. Have two browsers open at the same time, use your Google Docs while using Calculator, plays games while replying to your friend on Facebook, etc...etc...

Not all apps work but this is pretty cool considering you can multi-task on any rooted Android device.
