in today's video i'm just going to show
you how you can cancel your xbox game
pass ultimate subscription
uh this is how to do it in 2021
and the way i'm going to show you today
is how to cancel it from either a pc
or a laptop so if you're new to the
channel and you find this video helpful

so the first thing we need to do is open
up my internet browser
and you can do this on any browser i'm
going to be using google chrome and what
we need to do is come across to
xbox.com
and once a page loads free you need to
click
on this button here in the top right
hand corner which says
sign into your account
and what we need to do uh just to note
that your microsoft account and your
xbox account are exactly the same which
is what's coming up with the microsoft
sign in
so what we need to do is just log into
our account here
and once we're logged in what we need to
do is click our
game profile icon up in the top right
hand corner
and then what we want to do is come down
to my microsoft account down here
so once this page has loaded what you
need to do is click
at the top onto this option here which
says services and subscriptions
it might take a second to load through
depending on how many subscriptions you
have
signed up and it's going to bring up a
list of
previous subscriptions even ones that
you've cancelled in the past
um and don't worry because it's going to
bring up
things for microsoft as well so if
you've
subscribed to anything for your computer
it's all going to be under this
microsoft account
but if you look at the very top you'll
see my subscription to game class
ultimate which is currently live
10.99 pence every month and the next
charge is on 19th of
march 2021
so to cancel this all we need to do is
click the
manage button which is either here
on the right hand side so
you can click either it doesn't matter
and all you need to do from here is
click if you look on the right hand side
you'll see cancel subscription
up here all you need to do is go ahead
and click that
and that's going to go and cancel your
xbox game password subscription
