Disabling update on windows 7, 8 or previous version of OS was quite simple. But, in case of windows 10 its little complicated as there is no such option to disable windows update in control panel. Now, the question is if there is no such option in control panel then, how to disable update in windows 10?

Go to Run (Press Win+R)
In the Run prompt, type services.msc
It will show you list of services running on your windows operating system. Search for windows update.
Right click on windows update and select Properties.
Select startup type: Disable
Click on Apply and OK
Bingo, you are done. Now, your windows 10 PC will not install any update.
