From 0:18 to 8:45 is the boss fight. 8:46 to the end is the ending cutscene.
I started the battle with the Python, but a magnum will do. Once the Python ran out of ammo I swapped to the G36 assault rifle, but a submachine gun or another machine gun should do. Once he starts to walk in a straight line toward you or falls to his knees switch to the rifle and quickly finish him off.

The real Norman will have his heart exposed when he is doing his illusions and he will also breathe a purple smoke (I found this out after recording this gameplay so it would have probably made the fight even easier knowing this). There is no need to heal until you see Jill put her hand on her hip and she starts to limp. Then you should heal or the next hit will likely kill you.

Note: I did not use the rocket launcher which does 30000 damage. It won't quite kill Norman because he has more health than that, but if you have the rocket launcher you can use it to make this battle easier too.
