Tools are:
1. https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/
2. http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/
3. https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/eula_windows/
4. NMAP

The algorithm:
1. Download OS from raspberrypi.org to your computer/laptop
2. Download the win32diskimager software from URL: http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ to your computer/laptop
3. Download the SDCard Formater software from URL: 3. https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/eula_windows/
4. Insert the SDCard to your computer/laptop
5. Format the SDCard using SDCard Formater software
6. Upload the OS from your computer/laptop to the SDCard using win32diskimager software.
7. Plug the SDCard back into your Raspberry Pi machine
8. Plug the ethernet cable/wireless dongle to your Raspberry Pi machine, the RPI will retrieve an IP address from DHCP server.
9. Open NMAP and search/trace your local segment of IP address in order to find the Raspberry PI's IP address
