Use the glyph to go to the icy planet "Fazelet XIII"

Once you land on the ice planet, go in and out of your ship to quick save and then load your auto save.

Head towards the Paradise planet (might be hidden behind another planet).

Go to coordinates: - 1.54, - 127.99 and enter the Minor Settlement.
*NOTE*: There is another minor settlement very close to this one, you will find a B class Experimental multitool here, but you will not find the Alien one from the video.
