Today we are looking at Gathering Life-Skills in New World, and this will be my First New World Gathering Guide, and for this video I want to take a look at How To Find Resources in New World! New World has a "different" gathering system than other MMORPGs out there in the sense that everyone can have every gathering profession, and the tracking system also works a little bit differently than you might be used to. In New World, As you Skill up your Life Skills, you will learn to gather & track new materials. For example, within Mining, you need 10 Mining Skill to gather Silver Ores from Silver Veins, and you need 35 Skill in order to track it. Tracking a gatherable object in New World also works different in the sense that you can't track it from as big of a distance as you might be used to from different MMORPG's, instead you will have an aura around your character on the big map that will track things for you, once you have the skill required to track them. For many objects tho, it is easier to spot them by using your eyes instead of the tracking system.
My goal with this video is to give you guys an introduction to the Gathering System in New World and show you guys how it works, just incase you haven't played the New World Closed Beta. This was my first New World Gathering Guide, and in my upcoming Gathering Guides we'll take a look at different Farming Routes for New World, and how to Farm Gold and Make Gold within New World. However I wanted this video to be my first Gathering Guide Video because it covers the basics of which you need to know for every Life Skill in New World.
