5 Easy Methods to Fix PS5 WiFi and Network Issues
Check PSN/Internet Status

Check PlayStation Network status page for outages. Test internet on another device. Restart router (unplug 1 min).
Restart WiFi Connection

Go to Settings, Network, Test Internet Connection. Move PS5 closer to router, use Ethernet, or switch WiFi band (2.4GHz/5GHz). Restart PS5.
Change DNS Settings

Go to Settings, Network, Set Up Internet Connection, select WiFi, Manual. Set Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8, Secondary to 8.8.4.4. Test connection.
Update Software and Reset Network

Update PS5: Settings, System, System Software Update. Forget WiFi: Settings, Network, Set Up Internet Connection, Forget. Reconnect and test.
Optimize Router

Log into router, enable UPnP, prioritize PS5 via QoS. Disconnect other devices. Contact ISP if issues persist.
