Steps are:
1. Visit www.github.com
2. Sign in to your github account: Input your username/e-mail address and password.
3. Click New repository button
4. Type in your Repository name as you want/like, for instance: mywebsite. And click Create repository button.
5. Click Settings icon/logo/symbol
6. Click Launch automatic page generator
7. Edit your body text (optionally) and click Continue to layouts button on the bottom of the page.
8. Choose your webpage theme as you like
9. And last, go to your url: https://username.github.com/yourrepositoryname. For instance: totzfreelance.github.com/mywebsite
