In this Video I explain how to install cyber engine tweaks and third person mod's as well as fill in some of the gaps I ran into while trying to install these mod's

First download Cyber Engine Tweaks, then download third person mod. In order to open console command menu you have to hit the Tilde key, once in console command menu go to settings and scroll down the list and map the third person toggle to a key on your keyboard you should able to toggle third person camera view on and off now. In order to cycle through camera view options you’ll also need to map camera view cycle to a key.

NOTE: Every time CDPR updates the game you’ll need to check Nexus mods again for the updated version of Cyber Engine Tweaks & Third person mod for updated versions of these mods. You can do this through Vortex mod manager by right clicking on the mod and then left clicking on “CHECK FOR UPDATES” or you can simply go to Nexus mods and look up the mod to check for updates for these mods.
