Last time we posted this lots of people wanted to know the recipe to get a PERFECT dumpling skirt!

So here it is 😊

🥟 Start pan frying your dumplings from frozen (no need to thaw) in a lightly oiled non stick pan, until the bottoms start to become golden

🥟 mix 3 teaspoons cornflour and 1.5 cups of cold tap water in a glass and pour over the dumplings. (Depending on how many dumplings you’re cooking and how big your pan is you may need more or less of this mixture)

🥟 cover the pan with a lid and let the dumplings steam for around 5 mins

🥟 remove the lid and let the remaining moisture evaporate out of the dumpling skirt until it becomes golden and crispy

🥟 DON’T scrape the pan or move the dumpling skirt until it starts lifting back from the pan by itself

🥟 once you can shake the pan and the dumpling skirt is loose from the pan, flip the entire pan upside down onto a plate!
