the explanation for the code:

if(curStep == 65 && curSong == 'Fresh')
{
boyfriend.playAnim('hey', true)
}

"curStep == 65" the curStep you want the animation to play at
"curSong == 'Fresh'" the song you want to play your animation in

"boyfriend.playAnim('hey', true)"

"boyfriend." = player 1 (if you want to make player 2 (the dad character) play the animation then change this to dad.)
"hey" = the animation name (you make any animation play as long as the animation is add to character.hx)

example for player 2 animation

if(curStep == 50 && curSong == 'Blammed')
{
dad.playAnim('shoot', true)
}

this makes pico do the shooting animation at curStep 50 on the song blammed
