Hai guys! So here it is, the start to my plushie hair tutorials :)
This technique is my most used and you can pretty much do it however you like, you're just throwing hair strands around hehe x3
I would recommend getting wool felt at 2mm thickness, but it can work with other fabrics too :)
The plushie is of Kuraudo Kurashiki from Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry!
