[Synopsis]
This video shows you how to make vanilla soda. All you need is vanilla extract, a sweetener, and carbonated water. From my experience, agave nectar gives it the best taste. I used to drink a lot of New York Seltzer back in the 1980s and 1990s, and my favorite flavor was Vanilla soda. New York Seltzer used cane sugar as a sweetener, and it didn't have a lot of preservatives in it. It wasn't a lot of money back then, but they do sell it today. New York Seltzer went out of business, and in recent years they went back in business. I was trying to locate a store that carried it; however, I couldn't find any local stores that carried it. You could order it on websites, like Amazon and also on the New York Seltzer website, but it is very expensive now. Ingredients to make vanilla soda is much less expensive, so I chose this route.
