This is basically my "Silent Hill 4: The Room Endings Guide" video. The other thing you have to do (clear the apartment of hauntings) is pretty self explanatory. If a part 2 is requested I can make a video on some more strats to deal with some particularly troublesome rooms.
This video is part of a 100% Silent Hill 4: The Room guide that you can check out below. In the let's play/walkthrough I get the best ending on hard mode and show where all the items are, except a missed Holy Candle in Forest World 2nd Time sadly (its position is noted in the comments on the video though).
